Radical Politics

The first two days of the NCAA Basketball Tournament should be a national holiday. Call it "Don't Tread on Me Day," in honor if the hopeless underdogs behind whom we throw our collective support every March. Or find some patriotic tie-in to the grand upset, Colonists over the British, which gave our nation its start.

Whatever we call it, its a basic human right that we not have to work or divert ourselves in any way today (and tomorrow too really) from the task at hand of watching endless basketball.

To that end, baseballbreaksyourheart.com will not distract you, dear reader, from basketball today. We will however, tell you all about the Cleveland Indians tomorrow (read it before the noon games tip off), the San Diego Padres on Saturday, and the Minnesota Twins on Sunday.

For now, step away from your computer (or navigate your browser back to CBS for online feed of games) and watch basketball!

And remember to write your congressman about getting these days declared a holiday.
